Preparation

Cooking
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
For best texture, use russet potatoes. If using oven, cook at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, flipping throughout.
