Ingredients
  

Tortilla Rolls
  • 6 small small flour tortillas Flour tortillas work best for rolling.
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted For brushing on tortillas.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered side of each tortilla.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly, with the cinnamon sugar side inside.
  6. Place the tortilla rolls in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
  7. Spray or brush the outside with a little more melted butter.
  8. Air fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overfill the sugar on one roll — balance is key; too much sugar will leak and caramelize fast in the air fryer. For easier cleanup, line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment. For a savory-sweet twist, try wrapping a thin strip of bacon before air-frying.
