  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated) Fresh parmesan is recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges for squeezing over shrimp

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Just before air-frying, gently coat the shrimp with grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  2. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are opaque and have caramelized cheese.
Serving
  1. Rest for a minute after cooking, then squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best results, avoid crowded shrimp in the air fryer and watch closely while cooking. If you love BBQ flavors, consider a variation with BBQ seasoning.
