Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and fold gently.
- Fold in the diced apples.
Cinnamon Swirl Assembly
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, and top with remaining batter.
- Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
