- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add sliced carrots and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
When tossing the noodles, pretend you’re in a tiny cooking show. If the sauce seems dry, add a teaspoon of water to help it come together.
