  • 1 can coconut milk Light when balanced with lemon.
  • 1 piece lemon Juiced and zested for flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish Fresh herbs are mood-enhancers but dried will do.
For Serving

Preparation
