Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Add the wings and toss until they’re evenly coated.
- If using, sprinkle in the baking powder and mix again.
Baking
- Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Finishing
- Toss hot wings in melted butter and extra lemon juice.
- Garnish with parsley or chives and serve warm.
Notes
For a stronger lemon punch, zest half a lemon over the wings before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
