  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (40 ounce)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
  • 1 large banana, sliced

  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Cherries for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the instant banana pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) and stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently mix in the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and banana slices.
  4. If desired, drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with cherries.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Chill well for a firmer texture and better flavor marriage. Add banana slices just before serving for freshness.
