Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Cooking
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
Saucing and Serving
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the cooked skewers or serve on the side for dipping.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a kid-friendly version, reduce the amount of sriracha in the sauce. Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
