Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 10–12 pieces Fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise Choose larger jalapeños for milder spice.
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, softened Rind on or off as preferred.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry preserves Thick and jammy works best.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Panko gives maximum crunch.
  • 1–2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • a pinch or two Salt
  • to taste Black pepper, freshly cracked

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds. Wear gloves if necessary.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the brie cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, being careful not to overstuff.
  2. Top each with a spoonful of blueberry preserves.
  3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and press gently.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil over everything.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 20–25 minutes, checking for golden tops and tender jalapeños.
  2. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
