Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
  2. Add the shredded coconut to the saucepan, stirring continuously.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring nonstop until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and keep stirring until well mixed.
  5. Let the pudding cool for 10-15 minutes before pouring it into dessert glasses.
  6. You can serve it at room temperature or chill it in the fridge before serving.
