  • 1 large store-bought flatbread or naan (about 10–12 in / 25–30 cm) Use any preferred flatbread or naan.
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or cubed Can substitute with Camembert or other soft cheeses.
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries Adds tartness to balance the cheese.
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped Can substitute with pecans or slivered almonds.
  • to taste hot honey for drizzling Make hot honey by warming honey with chili flakes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the brie cheese over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top of the cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the top.
  3. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Let the flatbread rest for a minute after baking to prevent losing cheese when slicing. Pairs well with various dishes.
