- Stir in cheese and green onions.
- Place a few tablespoons of the mixture on a tortilla, roll it tightly, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serving
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
Fry in batches to prevent steaming. If baking, spray with oil and bake at 425°F until crisp.
