- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the lobster tails to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lobster meat is opaque.
- Remove lobster tails and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and let it melt.
- Add the scallops and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the lobster tails alongside the scallops, drizzled with the melted butter from the pan.
Notes
Ensure that seafood is dry before cooking for a perfect sear. Don't overcrowd the pan and consider adding a spritz of lemon before serving for added brightness.
