Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon the seafood mixture onto tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
Cooking
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper, bringing it to a simmer.
- Pour the garlic cream sauce over the tortilla bombs in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
These tortilla bombs can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. For freezing, thaw overnight and add a few extra minutes to bake time.
