Mixing ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder until well mixed and slightly sticky.
- Fold in the rolled oats and chia seeds. Adjust the mixture by adding more syrup if too dry or more oats if too wet.
Rolling and chilling
- Using warm hands, roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
- Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
These energy balls can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for 3 months.
