  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Optional, but adds delicious gooeyness.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to your preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. Add the stuffing mix to the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish. Optionally, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
