  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Use organic if possible.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Use high-quality butter for richer flavor.
  • 1 cup Cream Heavy cream preferred.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
  • 1 cup Rice Long-grain or your choice.
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Can use low-sodium.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) Chopped.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Add the rice and grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and allow to warm through.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to burn the garlic while sautéing. Fresh herbs enhance the flavor significantly. Leftovers can be revived with fresh herbs.
