Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic until fragrant.
Cooking
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add the rice and grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and allow to warm through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to burn the garlic while sautéing. Fresh herbs enhance the flavor significantly. Leftovers can be revived with fresh herbs.
