Preparation
  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Lower the heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and drained tortellini to the sauce.
  6. Stir to combine and cook until everything is heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
