Preparation
- Prepare the brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
- Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces, then spread them into an even layer on top of the baked brownies.
Chocolate Drizzle
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle over the strawberries.
Setting
- Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle, then slice into squares before serving!
Notes
Don't skip drying the strawberries; watery fruit makes the chocolate weep. The ziplock bag hack is a convenient way to drizzle chocolate.
