Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix Prepared according to box instructions
Toppings
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries Washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips For melting and drizzling
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil To help melt the chocolate smoothly

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the brownies according to the instructions on the box, and let them cool completely.
  2. Wash, dry, and chop your strawberries into bite-sized pieces, then spread them into an even layer on top of the baked brownies.
Chocolate Drizzle
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Transfer the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, cut off one end, and drizzle over the strawberries.
Setting
  1. Place the brownies in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set the chocolate drizzle, then slice into squares before serving!

Notes

Don't skip drying the strawberries; watery fruit makes the chocolate weep. The ziplock bag hack is a convenient way to drizzle chocolate.
