Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg until well blended.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a flatbread shape.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
