Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the creamy mixture.
  5. Dredge each tender in the crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Space the coated tenders out on the baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
