Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat each chicken tender in the creamy mixture.
- Dredge each tender in the crushed Ritz crackers.
- Space the coated tenders out on the baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add veggies to the mixture for extra nutrition. These tenders can be frozen for future meals.
