  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Add to the sauce for flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Enhances the flavor of the dish.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic into the skillet, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.

Notes

Don't crowd the pan while cooking chicken for better browning. Taste as you go to ensure the best flavor.
