Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, making sure you have enough for a creamy mix.
  2. In a pot, add the uncooked macaroni and water, then bring to a boil.
Cooking
  1. Once the water is boiling, reduce heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente.
  2. When most of the water evaporates, lower the heat and add in the heavy cream, cheeses, and all seasonings.
  3. Stir until everything melts into a thick, creamy sauce.
