- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

Cooking
- Arrange the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer, giving them space to ensure they don’t overlap.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 25–35 minutes until edges are golden and centers yield when poked.
- If desired, finish under the broiler for an additional minute for extra crispiness, watching closely.
Notes
You can slice and season them a few hours ahead, but keep them chilled and bring to room temperature before baking for the best texture. Leftovers can be reheated in an oven or air fryer for restored crispiness.
