Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the unsalted butter in a bowl until it resembles a soft cloud.
  3. Add the brown sugar and eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the Greek yogurt and citrus zest gently to maintain the moisture without greasiness.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and fine sea salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in your chosen seasonal vegetables or fruit.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
