Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with cottage cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until frothy.
  4. Increase speed to high, add cream of tartar, and gradually sprinkle in sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture to combine.
  6. Fold in the blueberries carefully to maintain fluffiness.
  7. Spoon mounds onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.

  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
