Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and salt; stir well to incorporate.
Molding and Freezing
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or nuts on top as desired.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serving
- Remove from molds or baking sheet and enjoy your frozen bites.
- Keep any leftovers stored in the freezer for up to a month.
Notes
These bites can be made vegan by substituting Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. They are a delightful treat for any time of day. Be sure to check your freezer to always have them on hand!
