Ingredients
  

For the Funfetti Banana Bread
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas Make sure they are very ripe for the best flavor.
  • 1/3 cup melted butter Can substitute with margarine if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup funfetti sprinkles
For the Oreo Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm milk Temperature should be around 110°F.
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
For the Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Method
 

Preparation for Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, and gradually fold in the flour and funfetti sprinkles.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until golden.
Preparation for Oreo Cinnamon Rolls
  1. In a bowl, combine yeast, warm milk, and a sprinkle of sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, egg, and salt.
  3. Gradually stir in flour and knead until the dough is smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread more melted butter, sprinkle with crushed Oreos and cinnamon sugar.
  6. Roll up the dough, slice into rolls, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Final Touches for Icing
  1. Mix powdered sugar and milk to create the icing.
  2. Drizzle icing generously over the warm cinnamon rolls.

Notes

Feel free to use frozen bananas; just thaw them first. You can substitute crushed Oreos with any cookies you enjoy, but Oreos are ideal!
