- In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough in the bowl for a few minutes until smooth.
- Fold in the minced garlic and shredded cheese.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- After rising, shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
If your dough refuses to rise, it may need a warmer spot or more time. Consider placing it atop a slightly warm oven. Feel free to add herbs or chili flakes for an extra kick.
