Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a pan, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a piece of cheddar cheese in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Dip the tops of the filled dough balls in the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optionally, sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the baking sheet to avoid soggy bottoms. A quick broil at the end for 30 seconds can add extra color. These can also be frozen before baking; just add extra time if cooking from frozen.
