Preparation
- Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce, followed by half of the grated Parmesan.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log starting from one of the longer sides and slice into even pieces, roughly 1-inch thick.
- Place the sliced rolls into a greased baking dish, ensuring they are snug but not overcrowded.
Cooking
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over each roll.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm. Enjoy!
Notes
These rolls are great for game day or potlucks! Feel free to make them ahead of time and refrigerate, or freeze unbaked slices for later use.
