Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet on medium-low heat.
  2. Butter the outside of the bread slices.
  3. Smear goat cheese generously on the inside of one slice of bread.
  4. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Cooking
  1. Place the sandwich in the skillet and gently press with a spatula.
  2. Flip when the bread is golden brown.
