For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Pound to even thickness for better cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Trader Joe’s extra virgin is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt is recommended for flavor enhancement.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place chicken on the grill, cooking for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor, but avoid longer marination as it can make the meat tough. Don't rush the rest period after cooking for better juiciness.
