- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Chop the garlic and add to the skillet once the oil is hot. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Cook until the beef is browned, then add the fresh spinach. Stir and allow the spinach to wilt.
- Finally, sprinkle crumbled feta on top and allow it to warm for 1 minute before serving.
