  • 1 tablespoon olive oil You can substitute with another oil if needed.

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Chop the garlic and add to the skillet once the oil is hot. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook until the beef is browned, then add the fresh spinach. Stir and allow the spinach to wilt.
  5. Finally, sprinkle crumbled feta on top and allow it to warm for 1 minute before serving.
