  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled Use good-quality feta for best flavor.
  • 3 tbsp honey Choose a quality honey for better taste.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Don't skimp on this for juiciness.
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce Adjust heat to your liking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the baking dish and coat with the marinade.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Add crumbled feta over the top and broil for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and spoon sauce from the pan over each piece before serving.
