  • 1 cup warm water Temperature should be around 110°F (43°C).
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Avoid pouring too much; use a measured amount.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar This helps to activate the yeast.
  • 2 tablespoons dried Italian herbs Mix of oregano, basil, and thyme.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mozzarella or parmesan works best.
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast Ensure freshness for best rise.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the warm water, olive oil, and sugar into the bread machine pan.
  2. Sprinkle the salt, flour, dried herbs, and yeast on top.
  3. Select the 'Basic' or 'White Bread' setting on your bread machine.
  4. Press start and allow the dough to mix until a ball forms.
  5. Halfway through the mixing, add the shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Let the machine run its full cycle for baking.
  2. Avoid peeking until the baking is complete to ensure proper rising.

Notes
