Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
Glazing
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with Key lime juice and zest until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set before serving.
