Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1 cup Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Use your favorite brand for the best flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) Adds a fresh touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish, and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños to the marinade. If you forgot to marinate the chicken, simply sprinkle seasoning and grill it, although marinating is recommended for better flavor.
