Preparation
- Combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish, and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños to the marinade. If you forgot to marinate the chicken, simply sprinkle seasoning and grill it, although marinating is recommended for better flavor.
