Seafood Mixture
  • 1 pound lobster meat Fresh or cooked lobster meat can be used.
  • 1 pound crab meat Fresh or canned crab meat can be used.
Butter Mixture
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Good quality butter is recommended for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice is preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  3. Refrigerate the log for at least 2 hours until it is firm.

Notes

These butter bombs can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later use. Pair them with a refreshing drink for a fantastic treat.
