- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
- Refrigerate the log for at least 2 hours until it is firm.
