Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 500 g elbow macaroni
  • 2 liters water For boiling pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt For boiling pasta
  • 1 tablespoon oil For boiling pasta
Creamy Mix
  • 2.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (840g, drained)
  • 1 pack all-purpose cream
  • 1 can condensed milk (390g)
  • 1/2 cup cheese Shredded cheese works well
  • 60 g dried raisins

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the macaroni in 2 liters of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of salt until tender.
  2. Remove from water, drain, and cool.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. Transfer the macaroni pasta to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, fruit cocktail, all-purpose cream, condensed milk, cheese, and dried raisins.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate before serving.
  5. Serve cool.

Notes

Feel free to get creative with this salad by adding chopped nuts or fresh seasonal fruits. It’s best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
