  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes Sweet, tangy, and bold.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Because garlic is life.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning That perfect mix of herbs.
  • ½ tsp paprika Adds gentle warmth and color.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese The soul of this dish.
  • to taste Salt & pepper Don’t skip seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pat your chicken dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. If you’ve got five extra minutes, sear the chicken in a bit of butter until golden.
  3. Lay your chicken at the bottom of the crock pot. Add in broth, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Gently stir to combine.
  4. Close the lid and set it on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  5. Thirty minutes before serving, pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir softly until the sauce thickens.
  6. Cook your pasta separately, then toss it into the crock pot right before serving.
  7. Add fresh basil, and serve warm.

Notes

If you like extra sauce, double the cream and broth. Use quality cheese for the best results. Avoid lifting the lid too often to maintain heat.
