- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
- Serve in pita bread, atop a salad, or with dipping sauces.
Notes
Chill the formed patties for 15 minutes before cooking to help hold their shape. Use tzatziki or harissa yogurt as dipping sauces.
