  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Paprika enhances visual appeal.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust salt and pepper according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for a minute watching closely. Can substitute chicken with other proteins. Serve with tzatziki or other dipping sauces.
