  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Tahini-Honey sauce
  • 3 tablespoons tahini Buy a quality tahini.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish
  • Chopped parsley For garnishing the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a little water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Once the cauliflower is roasted, drizzle it with the tahini-honey sauce and toss to combine.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Don't crowd the pan while roasting to avoid steaming. Always taste and adjust the sauce as needed. Pairs well with warm desserts.
