Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
Baking
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For gooey centers, underbake by 30 seconds. Rotate sheets halfway during baking for even cooking.
