Ingredients
  

For the Protein Balls
  • 20 cookies 20 Oreo cookies (regular or Golden) Use regular or Golden based on preference.
  • 4 oz 4 oz cream cheese, softened Softened at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) Use your preferred flavor.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Plus extra for rolling, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with cream cheese and protein powder until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Optionally, roll in chocolate chips before serving.

Notes

For an aesthetic look, roll balls evenly and dust with cocoa. These protein balls can last up to a week in the refrigerator. They freeze well for a month.
