Preparation
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and cover with a kitchen towel.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the pan.
- Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Best served fresh. Can add chicken or shrimp for a protein boost.
