- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, honey, protein powder (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Notes
If you want them dipped in melted chocolate, go for it. You can also add orange zest for a twist.
