  • 1 cup cottage cheese Can be swapped with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Any sweetener of choice can be used
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder Choose high-quality cocoa for best flavor
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour (optional) Almond flour for a gluten-free option
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup berries (optional) Add for extra flavor and texture

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, melted dark chocolate, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  3. If using flour, fold it in gently.
  4. Add any optional nuts, chocolate chips, and/or berries, and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

To avoid sticking, always grease the baking pan well. These brownies can be frozen for later enjoyment.
